Paid review · Written report from Mike

See where your best jobs actually come from.

Where's My Patch maps your completed jobs by area and job type. You see which ground earns the most profit, which ground costs you more than it pays, and where your marketing and routing should go next.

We start with a data check, under a signed non-disclosure agreement. We tell you plainly whether your data can support reliable answers.

What the report looks like

Plain answers from your own numbers.

You get a written report built from your own jobs. This is a sample with made-up numbers, so you can see the layout and the kind of answers it gives.

What you get

  • A map of your jobs and profit per job by service area
  • Your job mix in each area, so you see what sells where
  • The areas to push harder, and the areas to reprice, route differently, or drop
  • A data quality scorecard: jobs missing a location, a job type, or a revenue figure
  • A 30 minute review call to walk through the findings

What we need from you

  • The complete jobs export from your software, such as ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, or QuickBooks
  • For each job, the completion date, ZIP code or address, job type, and invoice total
  • If you have them, lead source, technician hours, and drive time make the answers sharper

Best for owners who run more than one truck, serve a wide area, and wonder whether every part of the map pays.

How it works

Three steps, and the data check comes first.

Most databases have gaps. A report built on bad data gives bad advice, so we check your data first, under a signed non-disclosure agreement.

1

Request a data check

Tell us what software you use and how big your list is. We reply within one business day.

2

NDA, then your full export

We sign a non-disclosure agreement first. Then you send your complete export. We check how complete and clean it is, and tell you plainly what the results can and cannot support.

3

Quote, then report

If your data is ready, we quote the report and build it. If it is not, we show you what to fix first. We discuss pricing by phone.

The data check

Every list lands in one of three places.

You will know which one before you commit to anything.

Ready

Your records are complete enough for reliable answers. We quote the report and get to work.

Fix these first

The list can work after a few repairs, such as missing dates or duplicate records. We list exactly what to fix.

Not ready yet

Too much is missing for the answers to hold up. We say so, and show you how to start collecting what you need.

Pricing

Priced by the size of your database.

A bigger database takes more work to clean and review. We discuss pricing, including the data check, by phone, so the quote matches your data.

Tier 1

Smaller lists

Up to about 2,000 records.

Tier 2

Mid size lists

About 2,000 to 10,000 records.

Tier 3

Large lists

More than 10,000 records.
